Jayme L. Rinn, M.A. CCC-A
Jayme is a certified and licensed audiologist who has been providing hearing health care services since 1991. She obtained her master’s degree in audiology from California State University, Long Beach in 1990.
She went on to receive her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the world renowned House Ear Clinic in Los Angeles, CA in 1991. She continued to work at the House Ear Clinic for the next 3 years where she helped many hearing impaired patients.
In 1994, she accepted a directorship at the Portland Otologic Clinic in Portland, Oregon, where she worked with Dr. John Epley. Dr. Epley is well known for his expertise in developing successful treatment procedures for patients with balance disorders.
In 1998 Jayme moved to Colorado to be closer to her home state of Wyoming. She acquired the Arvada Hearing Center and has been providing hearing health care services there since 1998.

Linda Braly, Expert Office Manager
Linda has an extensive background in professional administration. Having worked as an office manager, administrative specialist, accounting clerk, secretary and receptionist, she started working for Arvada Hearing Center in 2009.
Excelling in the human interaction element of her position, Linda draws from varied background to bring excellent personalized care to our patients as well as high level organization skills with regard to appointments and insurance handling.
As a result of having been employed by both large and small companies, Linda feels that Arvada Hearing Center is by far the most people-centered business she has had the privilege of working with.
Because of the high quality audiology services they provide and their complete commitment to patient satisfaction, she is very proud to be a dedicated member of the team.
Jill A. Friday, Au.D., CCC-A
Dr. Jill Friday hails from LaMarque, Texas and received an Associate degree in Special Education from the College of the Mainland in Texas City, Texas in 1996. Jill then completed a Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas in 1998. Jill achieved her Master’s degree in Audiology from Lamar University at Beaumont, Texas in 2000 and she finished with a Doctorate in Audiology from A.T. Still University at Mesa University in 2007. After graduating Jill practiced audiology for the next thirteen years.
A move to Colorado in 2004 was next on the career agenda for Jill and her family and resulted in her most recent employment as Director of Audiology at Harvard Park Hearing Center in Denver. She is experienced with most hearing aid models and manufacturers, fitting and programming hearing aids, hearing aid repair, and is skilled at all types of audiological testing.
Jill believes communication is key to all relationships and, if diminished, reduces the overall quality of life. Her goal as an audiologist is to understand how hearing loss interferes with a patient’s daily communication and then to find the best strategy for improvement. Jill treats each patient with respect and compassion and strives to improve their lives through hearing healthcare.
